Weld a JOES Extended Clamp to any aluminum component that you want to bolt to the chassis or drill and tap the bracket for a mounting point, then tighten two Allen screws and the component is mounted securely to your chassis.
At 1/4″ thick, the Extended Clamp can be purchased to fit either 1½” or 1¾” tubing and it extends out 4¼” from the center of the clamp.
Made from 6061-T6 aluminum. JOES Clamps are also available in six shorter versions for many tubing sizes.
